2 Chainz appears in a new Adidas Originals’ commercial, furthering the natural synergy between the two sub-cultures of sneakers and hiphop. It is a part of the company’s campaign for the fall / winter 2012 collection.
The rapper from Atlanta will be appearing in a few more commercials, some of 15 seconds and some lasting 30 seconds. The GOOD Music superstar’s number “I’m Different” plays in the background, the number is from his new album from his album Based on a T.R.U. Story. The ad furthers the company’s nearly three decade old concept of Adicolor and exhorts consumers to create customizable combos of apparel and footwear, choosing from a wide range of color options.
