Birdman and his brother Bryan Williams appeared in court last week facing a lawsuit from a woman who claims they should be partially responsible after one of their employees raped her.
Nicole Westmoreland claims she was invited to talk business, but was followed into the bathroom and raped. The alleged offender, Alfred Cleveland, who is now locked up for the incident, was an employee of Cash Money records at the time.
Birdman and Bryan are facing a civil suit. Westmoreland also claims that she was threatened after declining $100,000 in “hush money”.
