‘m reaching out to you to see if you would be available to speak to our Teen Media Mogul Program about your experiences (positive and negative) launching, operating and/or building your media outlet.
We are looking for the media outlet owner, media outlet manager, publisher, journalist, blogger, editor, and investor experience. Also, advice on what educational path our young moguls should take to reach their media-related goals, how to overcome the many obstacles they will face in the industry, and your vision of the future of media.
The Teen Media Mogul program teaches teens (12-17 yrs) how to become major media content owners and managers in music, film, tv, radio, print and online media formats…as well as, how to become young media business executives with multi-media experience. This is a part of year-long series of workshops.
The workshop is held every Saturday at the Wonder Root Community Arts Center from 12pm-5pm (wonderroot.org).
Our guest speakers and/or panels are between 2pm-4pm. If you are in Atlanta and available January 28th or February 4th (or both), please contact me ASAP.
