Jay-Z:Occupy Wall Street

Jay-Z came under fire for looking to profit off of the Occupy Wall Street movement and has apparently caved in. His Roc-a-Wear clothing label was going to release a new line of T-shirts that tweaked the phrase “Occupy Wall Street” by crossing out the W and adding an “S” to make it read “Occupy All Streets.” Roc-a-Wear was going to sell the shirts for $22, but on Saturday they removed the shirts from their website.

Before the shirts were taken off the site, a company spokesperson told the Business Insider, “Roc-a-Wear strongly encourages all forms of constructive expression, whether it be artistic, political or social… At this time we have not made an official comm
