Cool Kids Forever Films debuts five of the DMV’s most anticipated music videos of the year
Washington, DC – September 7, 2010 – By now most of the city and part of the nation is familiar with the impressively growing portfolio of Washington, DC based film company, Cool Kids Forever Films. Known for their exceptional visual productions and creative edge, the much buzzed about Film Company is pleased to present an extravagant, star-studded video release event like you’ve never seen before. Joined by some of the DMV’s emerging musical talent, the two have brilliantly come together to celebrate the success of their artistry in an extraordinary way. For the first time ever CKF Films will premiere not one, but five never before seen music videos by these rising artists. The evening of anticipation, enjoyment, and visual stimulation will be hosted at chic hotspot, Pasha Lounge in Washington, DC, on September 21, 2010 from 9pm-2am.
Since their intro, Cool Kids Forever Films has been consistent and is gaining more and more notoriety daily. With a set of phenomenal directors (Tabi Bonney, Backie T & Six Shoota) and a dynamic production team, CKF Films has been successful in dominating the film production industry in the city. Having produced music videos for artist like Tabi Bonney, Raheem Devaughn, Wale, Haziq Ali and more, the film company has built up quite a rapport amongst many. CKF Films has opened the door for many of the city’s artists, not only producing some of their most timeless visuals, but also helping expose them to major television networks including VH1 Soul, MTV Jams and BET. With each production they continue to exceed expectation and raise the bar for all to follow.
With a stylishly modern twist on things, this event will be noted as one of the highly talked about events of the DMV area. Attendees will include an exclusive list of the city’s most prominent industry figures, mixed and mingled amongst the area’s rising artists and elite. The night will be highlighted with tasteful, live body painting by celebrity artist, Ed Miskeen. Hosted by radio personality Ill Will with DJ Alizay spinning, the video release event will feature a lineup of spanking new videos by DMV favorites which include:
