WHAT:                  The City of Miami Gardens presents the 5th Annual "Jazz in the Gardens" Hosted by Tom Joyner.  Entering just its fifth year, "Jazz in the Gardens" has already become one of the premier festivals in the country. With attendance doubling each year, Jazz in the Gardens has become the place to be whether you come for the music, the weather, the diverse array of foods, or the celebrity-ridden ambiance. Over 60,000 people are expected to attend this eclectic two-day music event.

The City of Miami Gardens was incorporated on May 13, 2003 as the 33rd city in Miami-Dade County. At a population of approximately 109,000, it is the third largest city in Miami-Dade County.
