Dallas Metroplex / January 12 – On Saturday, January 9, 2010 a record breaking attendance of over 1200 teens came out to take in the live HIPHOP/R&B performances and support the Club T New Year Mashup. The doors were scheduled to open at 8:00 pm but with the line-up of fans waiting to get inside the Plano Party Barn at 7:30 pm, the doors were unlatched to let the stream of teens out of the blustery cold.
DJ Wildhairr kicked off the stage with the 1s and 2s, then a full blown concert erupted until 12:00 am. The artists raised the roof and killed the stage with their electric performances in front of the powerhouse crowd. It goes without saying that the artists were outstanding and the overall concert was crunk.
The momentous  concert  was a huge success and the artists who helped make it happen are incredibly talented. DJ Wildhairr, Redd Muzik, Young Black, B-Hamp, Lil' Trae, Bougie Girlz, T-Real, Mann and Smokey Musik, thank you for your unwavering dedication to the support of Club T Events and the entertainment industry. Each group brought their uniqueness to the stage and deserve to be called out individually for their all-star performance, namely:
DJ Wildhairr – bringing the best DJ Mix to the Club T Events and Clubs around the Dallas Metroplex. DJ Wildhairr has been in the entertainment industry for a number of years and he undoubtedly raises the bar for those who aspire to perform on the Club T stage. Not only does DJ Wildhairr possess unyielding DJ talent, his eyes and ears for music have earned him a highly respected place with Club T as one of the organization's talent scouts.
Redd Muzik – first artist to be signed with Club T Events who has proved to be an emerging artist breaking the industry. Redd recently released his single "Go Head" ft. Young Black. Watch for Redd's upcoming new single "Big Cutie" to be released soon. His solid performances in October 2009 and January 2010 are just the beginning of his music career with Club T.
Young Black – starting out in early childhood,Young Black has paved his way from the streets into the music industry. Young Black's "Big Boy Stuntin" is a hit across the rap waves and was a recent debut on the Club T stage.
B-Hamp – a nationally recognized artist, aka B Dash, with the newest hit single "Fooly" has taken the Club T fans by storm and stirring big noise across Texas. It was with determination and relentless grinding that surfaced B-Hamp in the music industry. The release of "Do The Ricky Bobby" opened up the doors to making history and bringing a fresh dance craze to the scene.
Lil' Trae – at the young age of 11 years old, Lil'Trae was experiencing the medley and rapping it up with his unique rhythm. Taking him to recording his own music as he entered into high school. Lil' Trae's latest single "Full Girl Statz" is breaking the sound waves and was a debut performance on the Club T stage.
Bougie Girlz – aka Divas On Tha Track, are ready to kill the rap game! Simplii Diva and Nicea Diva make up this incredible duo who overtake the crowd with their insatiable performance. Bougie Girlz latest release "Bougie" is creating a buzz and when performing they bring a style to the stage like no other in the industry.
T-Real – realized at a young age that music was no longer a hobby, it was his passion that led him to taking his rap to a whole new level. T-Real started off with B.O.B. then quickly turned solo with the single "Durtty Booty" from his first album E.G.B.
Mann – as an emerging DFW artist, Mann is creating sound waves and situating himself in the industry with his mixtape "DiscRespectful" to be released in February 2010. By instilling an all can do attitude and giving an appealing sound to the fans, Mann is a testament that young talent can break through the industry.
Smokey Musik – Dallas bound rapper Demitrius "Smokey" Stines has been working/making music since the age of 8. The song that really made Smokey desire to be a artist was "The Message" by Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five. After much tribulation on and off the streets, Smokey brought it together with his first album Dro Odor, featuring "Im The Man" hit single.
The success of the New Year Mashup was astounding and the out pour of feedback is overwhelming. And the event would not have been a success without the additional help from staff, businesses and volunteers along with our incredible loyal fan base.
Our next event in March promises to be as electrifying and stage startling as the past events. Artists who will be performing at the Spring Break Blitz will be revealed at the end of January 2010.
In the first year, Club T Events has featured a number of artists including, DJ Wildhairr, Big Tuck, Tum Tum, Party Boyz, Cutta C, Paper Chaserz, ReddMuzik, Bougie Girlz and Mann. And, we plan to continue to bring to the Club an array of performers to mark 2010 as the most transcending year and be recognized as one of the top Club hosts for teens in the event and HIPHOP/R&B music industry!
