With the street level excitement behind London's No.1 Hip-Hop party coming to Brighton already reaching fever pitch we are ready to push ahead with great guests lined up for the new monthly residency. With The Doctor's Orders association with BBE Records already well established having promoted 3 huge events together it was only a matter of time before we tapped into the wealth of talent that makes the BBE one of the world's most phenomenal independent labels.
DJ Vadim has been a force on the UK music scene, as an artist, producer, A&R, collector for many years now. However it is as a DJ that he joins us tonight, Having performed in every corner of the globe in support of the 10 albums he had produced to date he has blessed the stages of Glastonbury, the Moscow Street Ball (to 60,000 people) and now the slightly more personal surroundings of Jam for The Doctor's Orders. With a fantastic jump up energy to his sets Vadim is always a sure fire party starter and joined tonight as he is by his host and standout talent from his last LP MC Pugs Atomz tonight is sure to be no exception.
Resident Spin Doctor is over the moon to be joined by his mate DJ Vadim tonight and will making sure to up his game so as not to be outdone so you can be guaranteed a great night of upfront Hip-Hop bangers and classic soul for the dancing pleasure of what is set to already be a regular crowd of party people.
Warming things up is resident and The Doctor's Orders man on the ground Brighton's own Rusty Ryan. With a great eye for the crowd and an ear for the beats that make them move he is fast establishing himself as a name on the Brighton bar and club scene and will be doing his reputation only more good with his sets here at The Doctor's Orders.
The next date we have is Saturday 16th January with Soul II Soul's legendary Jazzie B
