(LOS ANGELES, CA) DEC. 1, 2009 – The city of Chicago has given the Hip-Hop industry some of its prized possessions.  Artists such as Kanye West, Common, Twista, Lupe and more have shown up and proven their Mid-West worth. Set to continue that tradition is new breakout artist, Paypa.  Introducing Chicago's new Prince to the States are record breaking DJ's Rampage and Ill Will with their newest effort "24 Hours of Greatness."
Born and raised in the windy city, Paypa is not bashful about saluting his rap role models.  For the past eight years, he has been pounding the pavement, approached by labels with limited deals and unkept promises. "I've found inspiration from my city.
