Atlanta, Ga, November, 2009 – After a regional search for an agency that would effectively and creatively convey its image as "the world's best tasting vodka," through the current Grey Goose "Rising Icon" Initiative, Bacardi International has awarded the Formula Marketing Group agency, founded by Jacob York, with this premiere account. 
BET Networks, in conjunction with Grey Goose Vodka and Formula Marketing Group will debut a concert series dubbed Rising Icons of Atlanta, GA.  The line-up of artists featured in the 2-part series, will kick off with Algebra on Friday, November 27th at Ixtlan Lounge. The series will continue featuring some of the country's most innovative music talent on the rise to include: Melanie Fiona, Trey Songz, Young Dro and 8 Ball & MJG. 8 Ball & MJG are credited with bringing Grey Goose to the frontline for Southern Urban Consumers. The series is just the latest endeavor for the high-end vodka brand's Grey Goose Entertainment division. Rising Icons breaks from past endeavors in its focus on up-and-coming artists, according to Chauncey Hamlett, brand manager, Grey Goose. "We really wanted to partner with people that could bring their story to the forefront, which is very key to the brand. The main thing is to solidify the association between these emerging artists and Grey Goose."
