NEW YORK, Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- This past October the White House dispatched two Cabinet officials in response to the beating of 16-year-old Derrion Albert in a street brawl that resulted in death in Chicago. Last year a 13-year-old boy was fatally shot in the chest in Harlem, New York. Two additional young men were wounded in the same shooting.
