Dallas, Texas, October 6, 2009 / R&R Records PR / — As the Dallas Fort Worth's hip hop music scene continues to grow its popularity on a national level with artist paving the way like the GS Boys with their "Stanky Leg" craze, in addition to rapper Dorrough, getting a review in the New York Times for his debut release and being nominated for three BET Hip Hop Awards, R&R Records is proud to announce that they just signed one of the city's top talents, rapper/writer D-Boe.
R&R Records CEO, Romereo Hartfield, was enthused and drawn to signing D-Boe and feels he is a great addition to the labels growing roster because his ability to make hits, his grind and hustle, in addition to his street buzz and relationships with the city's top DJ's.  D-Boe compliments the label with his distinctive voice, fly lyrics, amazing flow, street edge and good looks.  D-Boe's hit single "I'm Ready" won K104's Hometown Showdown, and he was able to achieve radio airplay on the nation's top 5 radio market on his own without a label's backing.  D-Boe has years of experience having been on the same label once as Fort Worth, Texas' nationally known rapper Twisted Black.  He also just finished his anticipated mixtape entitled "You Got Served" hosted by the nationally known DJ and Radio Personality Bay Bay and mixed by Core DJ Hollywood.  It will be  released online and distributed to fans fourth quarter 2009, to get everyone prepared for his debut album "The Hottest Thang Walkin" due to drop first quarter of 2010.
