CHICAGO (September 15, 2009)- On the Street Promotions & Marketing officially announces the 2009 panelists and judges for the 5th Annual GMIXX Music Retreat in Chicago. This year the Global Mixx Music Retreat celebrates the theme "Back II Basics", honoring some of the most influential music and marketing professionals in the business. These events range from an exclusive VIP opening reception and party featuring an All-Star female DJ lineup hosted by Drew Sidora & Shawnna, record label & DJ listening sessions, The 'Chairman's Ball' with a special live performance by Hip Hop legends, Naughty By Nature, the GMIXX Music Honors & Sunday Rooftop Brunch, The Beat Master Producer Battle & 'Unsigned Artist showcase hosted by MC Serch, and an all day music seminar with a host of influential panel participants.  This year's host hotel, the historical Blackstone Renaissance Hotel will paint the canvas for on-site registration, high-powered panel discussions, workshops and luncheon for the second year in a row.
