New York, NY (June 15, 2009) – Industry judges and audiences from all over agreed hands down to crown Latin Pop & B Music Group Tha Heights as the winners of Burger King's Tu Ciudad Tu Musica Contest,  during New York City's celebrated 116th Street festival.  From the moment they stepped onstage, Tha Heights captivated the audience's attention as they performed a jaw-dropping 20-minute set with hits such as "Selfish" and "iRock", as well as fan favorites.
"Despite the weather conditions Tha Heights performed 100 percent with passion, originality and creativity.  I am honored that festival goers and fans continue to embrace Latin Pop & B and the OFFbeat Entertainment movement", says OFFbeat CEO Patricia Taylor.
As the New York champions of Burger King's Tu Ciudad Tu Musica contest, Tha Heights garnered prizes which included:
    * $2,500 cash prize

    * Confirmed radio and tv interviews including a trip to Miami to appear on Escandalo TV
    * The opportunity to be crowned the National winners to open 2 concert tour dates for a renowned international artist
