GRAND PUBA BRINGS HIS SIGNATURE HEAT TO NEW SCION A/V REMIX RELEASE THIS SUMMER

Up-And-Coming DJs And Producers Caspa, Toddla T, Reso And 12th Planet Rework The Celebrated Hip Hop Emcee's Track "Get It"

TORRANCE, Calif. – Following the hot remix featuring legendary rapper Redman, Scion's in-house record label, Scion A/V, enlists groundbreaking hip-hop artist Grand Puba for its next release.

A founding member of the pioneering hip-hop group Brand Nubian, Grand Puba's track "Get It," will be cut up by four of the dubstep scene's finest DJs and producers, transforming the hip-hop original into unforgettable club bangers.

On "Scion A/V Remix: Grand Puba," South Yorkshire's new bad boy, Toddla T, and dubstep authority, Caspa, infuse their booty-shaking beats into the track. The UK's young Reso delivers his own twisted take with rich musical texture and color, while Scion House Party headliner and LA-native, 12th Planet delivers West Coast dub rhythms.

"Grand Puba's upbeat musical style pairs perfectly with these four young producers," said Jeri Yoshizu, Scion sales promotions manager. "The dubstep stylings of the featured DJs and producers makes this Scion A/V release the perfect soundtrack for summer."
