Colby Nominated For Teen Choice Awards 'Best Hookup' with Lady Gaga
(Los Angeles) Monday, June 22, 2009 – Colby O'Donis, the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, can now add another nomination to his list of accomplishments as his international smash "Just Dance," with Lady Gaga, has been nominated for a 2009 Teen Choice Award for Best Hookup.
Colby has already had a massively successful year as "Beautiful," his collaboration with mentor Akon, has climbed the charts, landing at number one in four different countries and his solo single, "What You Got," became the third most-downloaded song on iTunes for 2008.  As for "Just Dance," the song is a triple-platinum phenomenon, topping the Billboard Hot 100, Pop 100, and Dance charts and helping to ignite Colby and Lady Gagas' careers to huge new heights.
Colby has been producing music since the age of twelve, and his debut album, Colby O, produced by Colby and Akon, has just spawned his next hit, "Let You Go," a showcase of his sensitive side that is destined to top the charts.  Colby recently released a brand new track "I Wanna Touch You" which will be featured on his upcoming album.
