New York, NY, APRIL 22, 2009- VH1 Soul will roll out its latest installment of SoulStage presented by Infiniti with Grammy-Award winning, R&B songstress Chrisette Michele.  Chrisette first hit the scene in 2007, delighting audiences with her unique vocal talent and distinctive musical style. Now Chrisette is set to take the stage on VH1 Soul's "SoulStage" providing viewers with the chance to hear her purely, classic vocals.
Taped in front of a live studio audience, "SoulStage: Chrisette Michele presented by Infiniti" will premiere on VH1 Soul on Tuesday, April 28 at 10PM.  Chrisette will debut her first single, "Epiphany" from her highly anticipated sophomore album "Epiphany" (in stores May 5th, 2009) along with "Blame it on Me," "All I Ever Think About is You," and "Playing Our Song" on VH1 SoulStage. This 30-minute musical experience will also feature Chrisette performing songs from her debut album "I Am," including "Be OK" and "Golden." 
When VH1 "SoulStage" made its debut in August 2007 with R&B songstress Jill Scott, it was clear that the VH1 SoulStage franchise was about to become unstoppable.  Wyclef Jean continued to stir up the soul as the second featured artists to grace VH1 SoulStage. Soul crooner Raphael Saadiq, former Tribe Called Quest leader, Q-Tip, hip-hip band The Roots, and Grammy-Award winners Erykah Badu and India.Arie soon followed.  Now songstress Chrisette Michele takes her place among the elite artists in the VH1 SoulStage franchise.
