A native Detroiter, Larry hopes Michigans new film incentives will help rejuvenate Michigans economy. ..where about 2 in 10 are out of work. At Risk Entertainment LLC plans to jump start promotions in a very unique way…by giving away at least 100,000 music downloads of the song History  by At Risk Entertainment artist Tacta. At Risk Entertainment LLC serves as the distributor as well for Crime Alert, which means that all day to day deeds are done in house.
