TOO SHORT IS SET TO INTRODUCE HIS LATEST VENTURE "TOWN BIZNESS"
Atlanta, GA- Oct 16, 2008 -West Coast rap pioneer Too Short celebrates his honors of the 2008s "Hip Hop Honors" on VH1 on Monday, October 6. This honor marks a symbolic period in his legendary career. Too Short hit the music scene in the early 80′s with his unique style of rap, Too Short was instrumental in exposing the raw sounds of West Coast rap with songs that set the standard for Hip-Hop to the masses. Now twenty years later with seventeen albums under his belt, he’s a free agent continuing to stay relevant. "This was a long time coming. I am truly blessed to have a twenty-plus year career in the Hip-Hop game," states Short.
On the horizon, Too Short introduces his new group Town Bizness. This new and very unique project features Too Short, Elijah Baker from Tony!, Toni!, Tone!, Silk E, and neo- soul artist Martin Luther. The group’s first single "Red Bull and Vodka" is garnering rave reviews. "The group is a combination of artists, musicians writers & producers united under the love of making good music," states Short. Too Short and Town Bizness is currently in the studio.
