Myrtle Beach, SC - Due to the imminent possibility that Hurricane/Tropical Storm Hanna will hit the Carolina's this Friday and Saturday, Tony Neal and the Core DJ's are forced to reschedule the upcoming Core DJ Retreat IX from this coming weekend, to the weekend of October 10th - 13th.
It is likely that most flights in the region will be cancelled based on the current weather outlook.
In order to ensure the safety of our confirmed attendees, as well as the success and effectiveness of the event, we have decided not to take the chance of putting anyone in harm's way and to get the word out in time to make the necessary changes to travel.
Please check with your respective airline soonest for the best possible alternate travel arrangements and changes. Some may charge a fee to change and/or reissue tickets and though that is regrettable, there is nothing we can do about it. Safety was our first priority and we sincerely apologize to anyone this inconveniences.
Sponsors may call the Core DJ hotline for any concerns pertaining to their packages (877) 333.9940. An updated schedule is being worked out currently and will be forthcoming shortly. All scheduled activities will go on as planned over the course of the scheduled days.
IF you booked your accommodations via the given Core reservation line, the host hotel will transfer all reservations to accommodate the new dates - October 10-13. If you have label product en route to the host hotel, be sure to call them and make provisions for it to be held until the correct dates.
