Unlike some, he writes his music to reach all ages and addresses various topics that all can relate to. In addition to his music career, Austin has begun his acting and modeling path to compliment his first love of rapping. Austin James started out doing school plays and sang in chorus. He states that this gave him an early insight to the career path he wanted to take. Austin loves to ride surfing in his spare time and has participated in many events. Austin is an avid music fan and when asked who his major influence was, he noted "Eminem". He continued to indicate that he enjoyed his style of music and the way his songs were from the heart. "We could all learn a lot from his life", he added.
As many artists, Austin is known for his fast paced lifestyle but takes the time for his family and friends and is still in school to gain his degree and admonishes that education is extremely important no matter what profession you are going in. Austin has just been offered several national endorsement commercials and has an upcoming sitcom offer.
