Having debuted on February 1st, The Black Spotlight has had the esteemed pleasure of informing thousands of visitors monthly about entertainment news while "shining its spotlight" on today’s hottest talents as well as provide an up close and personal look at tomorrow’s stars.
The Black Spotlight has recently added a page dedicated to informing visitors of the hottest Black Events taking place in North Carolina.
About the Creator
One of the today’s hottest entertainment journalists, Crystal Myrick has interviewed various celebrities and public figures for numerous publications. The idea to start The Black Spotlight manifested when she realized that there were few, if any, websites that appealed to North Carolina’s African American residents in the direction that she is willing to take it.
Currently, Myrick is a one-woman show, handling everything from writing content to promotion.
