The World’s Greatest Entertainer Doug E. Fresh shows his Appreciation for Harlem in Surprise Performance

Doug E. Fresh and Square Off debut the "Left-Right" Remix featuring Jae Millz and Young B at the Entertainer’s Basketball Classic Fan Appreciation Day performance

August 6, 2007 New York, NY — The crowd at the world famous Holcombe Rucker Park in Harlem at the Entertainers Basketball Classic (EBC) 2007 Fan Appreciation Day on Thursday August 2nd, were treated to a surprise performance by the World’s Greatest Entertainer Doug E. Fresh as he introduced his sons, teenage rap sensations Square Off and their new song "Left-Right".  Harlem was definitely in the building as Square Off brought out Jae Millz and Young B for the world premier of the "Left-Right" remix.

"Left-Right" is quickly developing into the "people’s dance" as the steps are easy to learn.  "Left-Right was created because we can’t dance and this is a dance that anybody can do", Square Off member and son of Doug E. Fresh, Slim told the audience after the performance.

Square Off, the first artists on Doug E. Fresh’s Entertaining Music Inc. label are becoming fan favorites during 2 recent performances at Rucker Park.  Their EBC team of the same name "Square Off" has gone 2-3 in tournament play so far in their inaugural season.  Visit www.myspace.com/squareoff for more information.

A proud member of the Harlem community, Doug E. Fresh will be participating in several Harlem Week activities including a Patti Labelle tribute on Thursday August 9th and "An Old Fashioned Block Party" with Slick Rick and friends on Sunday August 19th.  More information can be found at www.dougefresh.com.
