Universal Motown Records Rap Star Chamillionaire to Release Sophomore Album

First Single "Hip-Hop Police" featuring Slick Rick

#1 Most Added at Rhythm Crossover

#4 Most Added at Urban Radio

ULTIMATE VICTORY

IN-STORES SEPTEMBER 18TH

June 28, 2007
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Universal Motown groundbreaking hip-hop artist, Chamillionaire has marked September 18th as the official release date for his much-buzzed about sophomore effort, Ultimate Victory, the follow-up to his Award winning, platinum-plus debut The Sound Of Revenge.

The first single from the new disk, “Hip-Hop Police,” featuring legendary rap star Slick Rick, has already set hip-hop chat rooms a blaze and is the #1 Most Added song at Rhythm Crossover and the #4 Most Added on Urban Radio. Chamillionaire promises the song is just ‘the tip of the iceberg’ when it comes to Ultimate Victory, which he describes as ‘A very conceptual album where I really pushed my creativity.’

Chamillionaire’s rise from Houston underground rap pioneer to award-winning, mainstream music was nominated for two Grammy Awards, garnering nods in the Best Rap Song category and for Best Rap Performance By Duo or Group (which he won) for the hit single “Ridin’,” featuring Krayzie Bone, from his platinum-plus debut album The Sound Of Revenge. The prestigious nods came on the heels of his two trophy-takedown at the First Annual BET Hip-Hop Awards in mid-November, where Chamillionaire walked away with both the Rookie of the Year Award and the coveted Alltell Wireless People’s Champ (Viewers’ Choice) Awards. The Houston rapper began his incredible run as the most honored hip-hop star of the past year by beating out proven superstars 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes and T.I. for Best Rap Video for “Ridin’” at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards.

Chamillionaire’s platinum-plus debut disc has become one of the most lauded albums in hip-hop history, with the single and video for “Ridin’” topping almost every chart and single-handedly transforming the digital landscape, as well. Incredibly, Chamillionaire became the biggest selling Ringtone artist in history, surpassing an amazing 4 million in ringtone sales, in addition to his groundbreaking Myspace site closing in on an astounding 8.9 million profile views.

As a special gesture to fans, Chamillionaire will be releasing the new Mixtape Messiah 3 CD and Mixtape Messiah DVD in July ‘07. The magnitude of Chamillionaire’s rise from Mixtape Messiah to multi-platform entertainment entrepreneur can best be gleamed from a mainstream news story that ran earlier this year as to how the rapper’s Robin Hood-like image even penetrated the sacred halls of the White House. Presidential Press Secretary Tony Snow called worldwide attention to the hip-hop artist’s ringtone prowess when he heard a reporter’s cell phone playing the opening chords of “Ridin’” during his daily briefing. When Snow humorously pressed other reporters to see if she did indeed ‘have the ringtone on her phone,’ one ABC scribe replied” ‘Doesn’t everyone?’

Style’s New Reality TV Series Premieres Sunday, August 5

LOS ANGELES, June 28 /PRNewswire/ — Model, fashion mogul, mother, diva — there are lots of ways to describe the ultimate multi-tasker Kimora Lee Simmons, but one word covers every aspect of her life — fabulous. A new reality series on The Style Network, "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane," presents a candid and entertaining look at the over-the-top life of Kimora Lee Simmons. "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane" premieres with a special one-hour episode on Sunday, August 5, at 8 PM ET/PT, only on Style.

Kimora Lee Simmons is a woman who takes charge of life and lives it to the fullest. And they get to see Kimora’s soft side — having fun with her family and being a mom.

Throughout the run of the series, viewers also meet Kimora’s two adorable daughters Ming and Aoki and the "cast" of individuals that support her — from her cook, yoga instructor and dog trainer, to her lawyer, publicist, personal assistant and Baby Phat staff.

H3 Reaches Exclusive Agreement With Pop N Go

Dr. Benjamin Chavis Brings America’s #1 Popcorn Maker to H3′s HipHopSodaShops and to Neighborhoods All Over the Big Apple

NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwire – June 28, 2007) – In a deal designed to instantly impact both companies, H3 Enterprises (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) and Pop N Go have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement that makes Pop N Go the exclusive fresh popcorn supplier for the HipHopSodaShops and all H3-related activities.

Pop N Go manufactures a patented, award-winning hot air popcorn machine that produces a healthy, nourishing snack on demand. Their fresh hot popcorn is recognized as one of the healthiest snack foods available by the nutritional standards that are rapidly being implemented by school districts, state legislatures, municipalities, and the federal government. Pop N Go’s long-time CEO Mel Wyman has become one of the nation’s leading advocates for combating the epidemic of obesity that is plaguing America’s youth.

Under the guidance of CEO and President Dr. Ben, H3 is rapidly implementing a series of community programs designed to create jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities for hard working youth from coast to coast.

Pop N Go has agreed to donate their high tech popcorn machines to a program designed to provide inner city youth with a new opportunity for employment. These machines will be available for any person to be able to set up Pop N Go’s cutting-edge popcorn machines in any location they can find an outlet to sell.

Each individual will be given the opportunity to set up a partnership with local vendors. This partnership would allow for a young person to split the earnings of each machine with the vendors as well as the parent company. This new plan will allow HTRE to bring in immediate revenues by becoming a "placement" company as well as providing much needed jobs to some of the youth involved.

Local hospitals, schools, and a wide range of retail and industrial locations will be targeted as financial partners for HTRE, Pop N Go, and their new entrepreneurial work force. These "routes" can be operated as individual businesses by youth in their communities thereby generating cash flow and entrepreneurial skills and creating a national HTRE/Pop N Go work force across America.

Pop N Go and HTRE will work together to empower disadvantaged youths through a training program to service Pop N Go machines. Typically, the venue does not pay for the machine, but receives a percent of the income in exchange for providing a small space for the Pop N Go machines (4 sq ft).

Dr. Ben Chavis stated, "When I was young I had a paper route and that helped me learn firsthand the importance of going into business for yourself. Today’s announcement displays another positive side of Hip-Hop culture because the first publicly traded Hip-Hop company is in a position to provide the opportunity for youth across America to become self employed with health conscious public companies such as Pop N Go."

HTRE and Pop N Go intend to begin implementing their joint community programs immediately. A demonstration of Pop N Go’s latest fresh popcorn machines (popcorn made with or without butter) will take place in New York early next week.
