(MIAMI, FL) May 9, 2007—Miami based All-Star label, Slip-N-Slide Records is pleased to announce the recent signing of rapper Dirtbag to their talented roster. No strangers to breaking artist, Slip-N-Slide records looks forward to introducing Dirtbag to the masses through the official release of a Slip-N-Slide DJ's mixtape.
"There's no time to celebrate," claims Dirtbag when asked about how he feels about the signing. "We can celebrate when I go platinum. I feel like Terrell Owens right now getting signed to this team. I got to make some things happen."
Best known for his past work with acclaimed producers Cool and Dre and their record label imprint Epidemic Records, a Jive subsidiary, Dirtbag has been one of the most highly anticipated artists for some time now. With a long list of hot singles, the last one being “Haters” produced by Cool and Dre, and even more noted features on projects that include Monica, Busta Rhymes, and Pitbull, Dirtbag has been a long time coming.
With new music featuring Monica, Deuce Poppi, and Trina set to take the airwaves soon, Slip-N-Slide Records hopes to bring Dirtbag to the place he always should have been, On Top!

When asked for his plans for the label within the next few years Lucas stated: "I would like to take Slip-N-Slide to a new level and become one of the major Record Labels in the Music Business, similar to Interscope Records." Another one of more immediate goals is to expand to other genres of music."
