The Core DJs name Miami, FL as home of 6th DJ Retreat, said founder of
The Core DJs, Tony Neal. The Core DJs organize s their DJ retreat twice
a year with an open invitation to all DJs with complimentary
registration. Having held successful retreats in Chicago, Miami Beach, St. Louis,
Houston and Atlanta; The Core DJs decided to head to South Florida once
again for the upcoming retreat presented by Atlantic Records and
scheduled from March 15-18, 2007.
The Core DJs act as a union for DJs by inviting all DJ Crews to network
with one another while attending various listening sessions, artists
meet & greets and several artists/label showcases which have seen
participation from Atlantic Records, Warner Brothers Records, Def Jam, Virgin,
So So DEF, Sony BMG, Rap-A-Lot Records, Jive, Bad Boy Entertainment and
a host of others. The retreat is a way for DJs to network with each
other, listen to new music and learn new industry trends. Log on to

About The Core DJs and The Core DJs Retreat
Tony Neal, CEO of The CORE DJ’s, founded the organization in December
of 2003. Tony’s purpose for organizing a DJ coalition was to empower
and educate the core of the music industry, the DJs. Today, some of the
most influential DJs are members of The Core DJs including, Big Tigger
, DJ Irie, Dirty South DJ of the year and President of The Core DJs, DJ
Finesse.
