Entitled 50 Shots, the track gives factual details pertaining to the November 25 shooting outside a Jamaica, Queens nightclub and addresses other police killings over the years. Since the shooting, community leaders, city officials and family members have held meetings, press conferences and rallies against police brutality and the use of excessive force.
