That’s right! I’ve incorporated as Altered Beta, LLC and all my online projects now fall under that umbrella.
Part of this move is to make a clearer legal separation between myself and my online projects though I also expect to pursue offline projects in the future.
More importantly for my readers, this is one step in professionalizing my activities, especially those involving Hip Hop Press and ProHipHop.
Beyond that, look for more projects this fall that I think the hip hop business community will find of great value. Stay tuned, people.
