Exactly one year after Rap Ireland's Launch Party in The Hub, Temple Bar, 12 months of successful club nights for Ireland's number 1 Urban Magazine are being celebrated at Radio City, Store St, with Rap Ireland's biggest show to date.
Over the last 12 months Rap Ireland's club nights have gone from strength to strength, and have included Official G-Unit afterparties for MOP and DJ Whoo Kid (50 Cent's DJ), continuing on from last June's launch party which saw Eminem's DJ, Clinton Sparks, play a surprise set at the launch party. Weekly slots in K3, Mischief and Sub Lounge followed, while the magazine itself developed at an astounding pace, being picked up for nationwide distribution by Ireland's largest distributor, Eason's Wholesale.
With support slots for the likes of Nas, Snoop Dogg, Black Eyed Peas, Lloyd Banks and The Game over the last year, the Rap Ireland DJ's have cut their teeth in the toughest arenas and together with Rap Ireland's emcee/host Tim Dogg, bring that experience to bear on some of Ireland's hottest club nights. Recent shows have yet again been a resounding success, due to the partnering with Radio City, Dublin's hottest new club venue.
This Bank Holiday Sunday, June 4th, sees the culmination of a great year, with performances from all the Rap Ireland DJs, together on stage for the first time! It will be ultimate summer party as a thank you to everyone who has supported the magazine over the last 18 months, and the club nights over the last 12.
