ATLANTA, GA (April 26, 2006) -- Universal Republic's hotly anticipated
new
rapper BlakJak and hip hop's golden boy Tango Redd have been tapped to
join Bow Wow's Wanted Tour, which kicks off April 27 in Saginaw, MI.
Also on the tour are B5, Ray J, T-Pain and Lloyd.
The tour paves the way for the release of BlakJak's debut CD "Place Your
Bets," which features the blazing first single "Ride and Swerve"
featuring
Project Pat.
Says BlakJak of the tour, "I'm very excited about this tour. I can't
wait to
get on the road with all these other hot acts and allow people to get to
know me and my music."
Tango Redd agrees. "Live performances are always fun. There's nothing
like
them. I'm looking forward to every minute of it."
Jerry Clark, whose company, 1972 Entertainment, manages both acts,
added,
"It's a great look for both artists. I∂m excited about them showcasing
their
great music for thousands of people."
Shows slated thus far for the 12-city tour are as follows:
April 27 - Saginaw, MI
April 29 - Louisville, KY
May 26 - Mobile, AL
Future stops on the tour include Dayton, OH; Richmond, VA; Charleston,
SC;
Augusta, GA; Macon, GA; Mobile, AL; Baton Rouge, LA; Savannah, GA; and
Fayetteville, GA.
